Site visit & brief
We assess the proposed location, discuss operational requirements, and capture the full project brief before any design work begins.
Concept & sketch design
Creative and spatial concepts are developed and presented for client review. Client input and approval are required before the design advances.
Technical design & engineering
Full 3D design, structural engineering, and strength calculations are produced using multiple specialist inputs, resulting in a complete technical file.
Independent engineering review
All technical documentation and construction plans are assessed by an independent inspection body (TÜV or equivalent) before construction commences.
Build & installation
Construction typically runs 6 to 8 weeks from start to completion. Our team manages the full on-site process from groundworks through structural finish.
Independent certification
All constructions are certified by TÜV or an equivalent inspection body. Full certification documentation is issued and remains with the client's asset record.
Handover & after-sales
Ownership and liability transfer to you. Ongoing support and lifecycle management are available from this point through our dedicated service team.
